I'm currently based in Annecy where I'm teaching some Vinyasa, Yang to Yin & Hot Yoga & Fly Yoga classes.
Also, I'm continuing the online classes, you can practice from home with me. Option to book a private yoga class (either in person or online) or offer a gift card to your loved ones.

From Costa Rica to your yoga mat

I started my yoga journey when I was living in London. It seems that yoga was the only way to survive the hectic life in that working city. I was waking up with the birds to attend my yoga class in a studio nearby my flat (Namaste Carlos!) before rushing on my bike heading to my marketing job.
When I moved to Madrid I found a new yoga mentor (Namaste Cathy!) and continue my yoga discovery. I wanted to go even deeper in my practice and decided to attend a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica (Namaste Gypsea Yoga School!). There, I felt that I have a mission to spread more yoga into this world. Then, I spent four months in Sicily where I found two new amazing teachers (Namaste Ameriga & Tina!) and start teaching yoga in english.
I’m now based in Annecy where I can share my yoga passion in French and continue as well to teach yoga online (Namaste Covid!).

My yoga style? I enjoy teaching a dynamic Vinyasa class & a deep stretch Yin session

It’s only the beginning of my yoga journey and I will be forever a student!
